Policies are as follows:

  • Costumes once ordered and confirmed cannot be cancelled.
  • Specified Rent of the costume is for the time period of 24 hours only.
  • Please specify the time at which you want to order the costume during confirmation call.
  • The costumes will be delivered to your doorsteps. You need to schedule a pick-up within 24 hours and specify during the confirmation call from our customer care service operator.
  • Security deposit associated with the costume will be informed to you by our customer care service operator during confirmation call. You can also give your driving licence or aadhar card as security deposit.
  • If you don’t schedule a pick-up and fail to return the costume within 24 hours, rent for the next day will be charged.
  • Check the costumes properly at the time of delivery. If the costume is found damaged during the pick-up, the security deposit will be confiscated.
  • For orders below Rs.1000, Rs.100 will be added as the shipping charge for delivery and pick-up anywhere in Pune.
  • For orders between Rs. 1000 and Rs. 2000, Rs. 150 will be added as the shipping charge for delivery and pick-up anywhere in Pune.
  • Fro orders above Rs. 2000, Rs. 200 will be added as the shipping charge for delivery and pick-up anywhere in Pune.
